It's been a week now. I've been keeping too busy to SI by actually dealing with my problems. That eats up a lot of time when it means calling government agencies and being on hold forever. I've been picking a lot lately though, I should probably get that under control.

1 now? It was super minor and I'm disappointed in myself, I had a horrible mood swing and broke my safety pencil sharpener...

Not since April, thankfully. Unfortunately, I have been left with some nasty purple scars that won't seem to fade. Really upsetting.

Congratulations Murderface. Don't despair, those scars will fade. I haven't burned myself for a year. Only one of my deepest scars is still a little bit purple and is clearly fading.
Till then, you may want to think about using one of the long lasting cosmetic concealer they can last a few hours on an arm, or look into skin camouflage https://www.changingfaces.org.uk they do help people who self harmed as well and helped me. __________________ We're people first, anything else is secondary. |

i got really really triggered this morning... SHed this afternoon. i tried to just keep going thru the day, but it seemed like after this morning, every little thing just kept building onto the morning stuff. not sure i can manage to go into the morning stuff yet. every time i try to type it out, here or to my T or to an irl friend or anything, i start to dissociate pretty bad. i dissociated something awful right after, but managed to handle it okay at the time... idk i hope i can sleep soon.
