Over 4 months now.
 Some days there is the occasional urge but overall the thoughts have not been there.

I had over a year but I relapsed this week. I don't feel bad about it though because it is keeping me alive and going until I can see the pdoc and get some help. If the choice for me is to cut or to do something really stupid I'd rather cut.

if you count all the other little behaviors, which I'm low enough to be aware of being ashamed of right now, then every day.... they have altered my appearance drastically.
haven't cut since I last posted. it might happen today if I have time. just trying to get out of bed atm. new scars are at the moment, a more comforting idea than the wounds. |

well i gone through today so day one but only because i’m to tired to thibk straight. however i have the house to myself this week so i hope they call me into work otherwise idk what’ll happen. the issue is i’m not feeling any urges nor triggers

1 day. last 2 days were extremely stressful. had to walk home. started just picking and reopening the ones i already have. hopefully this well make me sleepy enough that’ll pass out from the minor loss

3 days. main reason was being in debt and finding away to make it month by month. paid that off and its a huge relief. maybe this is the break in the cycle i was looking for
