2. and I need to do it again. my mind is not in the right place.
If I ever stopped it would be so that I can swim with sharks regularly. Still researching if they are attracted to human blood. but still, suicide by shark? interesting. At the moment though, I see no other reason to stop. |

It's been 6 weeks, today. My urges are really high right now. I went to the dermatologist today, for a spot on my nose. I was pretty sure he would want to biopsy it, but now that I've seen him and he actually did want to biopsy it, and did a shave biopsy in the same appt, my anxiety is thru the roof and I can't calm down. The bad part is I know, deep down, the SH will calm the anxiety, but I haven't gone this long without harming in a long, long time. I see my T tomorrow, and my pdoc on Monday. I just don't really want to fight the urges right now...
