does anyone else do this?
when people make you mad do you just go and find something sharp and have at you?

i did this earlier today because apparently, when you are suicidal you are seeking attention and doesnt matter if you've been supportive to people in the past, if you are suicidal you dont get any support

so i cut up my arm and snapped pictures and am strongly considering sending them to all of the people who have hurt me

I used to cut when I was angry when I was a teen. Sending a pic to people would be inappropriate and manipulative and probably keep people feeling you are looking for attention. If you're feeling suicidal and need help call the hotline or go to the hospital. People do cut sometimes when suicidal but it's more like drinking or overeating, it's a coping mechanism. It doesn't always mean people are suicidal. If you send out that pic you might end up on an involuntary hospitalization so just be aware.

I don't self harm to get back at people. But I have self harmed because I was so angry at someone but not allowed to show that anger, so I took it out on myself.

Not out of revenge, it's just that I have no other outlet for my anger and frustration.

I hit myself, I don't cut any more.

In the past I have cut when people made me angry and I couldn't take it out on them I would take it out on myself. But now I am fighting against regularly self harming so I try to find other ways to deal with ****
