This feels like a good moment to trow away the blades. I think you can do it. I threw mine away when I started living with my girlfriend and never cut again. It's like a turning point in life where you can effectively change the habit of self harm. You don't get many of these chances, so take it. It is possible!

No one’s angry at you. This is a hard fight, it’s an addiction like any other. Sometimes we slip, but it’s ok. You just gotta keep trying to fight it, I have to believe that you (and I) will get there! Even if it’s one day at a time, or one hour, one second. Just know you are not alone, and you won’t get judged here

Today I have been clearing out my room ready for my girlfriend’s arrival tomorrow. And yes, I took the plunge and got rid of my razors. All 62 of them (I bulk bought a while back )

It wasn’t easy, and I was very tempted to keep a few just in case, but I shut that way of thinking down and got rid of the lot. This feels like my first win against this in a very long time! Thank you for the support!

Today is 17 days, and hopefully I won’t go back to 0.

Incredible! Very good decision . You can be very proud of yourself. I know it's not easy, but you did it. Life is so much better without those blades. And in return you'll be living with your girlfriend. Seems to me like a very good deal!

3 days... gonna be 4 as long as I don't do any trich behaviors... not going home tonight, have a sleep study so the option is kinda removed for tonight. Main issue I'm gonna have is the EEG wires making me wanna pull at my hair... hopefully they can figure out why my sleep is so messed up right now, tho.

I'm going to put it as 1. Yesterday (Friday the 13th ) was awful, I scratched down my arm, causing a scab. Dumb, because now I might stress out more about wearing long sleeves now. I don't think anyone really cares though about my arms though. I certainly don't.

22 ! It's been a while since I haven't been through a whole month without self-harming, but I feel like I'm going to make it this time. I feel like my mental health is getting better.
