11 months but seriously struggling this week. Difficult 6 mo with T and ended up in “childhood “ space curled in a ball reliving “trauma” in today’s session

0 days. Cut yesterday and again today.
Anxiety is suddenly out of control and cutting is the only way I’ve been able to handle it. Before that was 8 months, before that was over a year |

I am glad that you are seeing a psychiatrist. It was a long time between visits.
