0 days. Cut yesterday and again today.
Anxiety is suddenly out of control and cutting is the only way I’ve been able to handle it.
Before that was 8 months, before that was over a year

Sorry to hear that Nicole. Do you have a therapist or anyone else you can talk to?

nicoleb2 these recent setbacks don’t take away your many months of avoiding SI. You always have those! You can start another long run.

What has caused anxiety to shoot up?

I have a therapist, I guess I could have called her today, I just didn’t think of it because my kids were home so I was in weekend mode.

I meet my new psychiatrist on Thursday so hopefully that will help

I wish I knew. It hasn’t been this bad in a very long time.

I haven’t seen a psychiatrist in 7 months because mine went on maternity leave and then the clinic failed to get me scheduled when she returned.

I’m seeing a new psychiatrist on Thursday.

I’m on lithium, so I should definitely NOT be going this far between appointments.

I am glad that you are seeing a psychiatrist. It was a long time between visits.

If okay, please let us know what you think after seeing the new psychiatrist!

26 days is a good long time. I know that you would like to do longer, but even so you had a good achievement!

You can start another nice long run!
