I relapsed last night by cutting again. I went 4 weeks without cutting.

I understand, I hadn't cut myself in two years but just last week I lost out with a pair of scissors and I honestly can say I regret it because the urge is back. But remember you beat it once, you can do it again-- at least that's what I'm telling myself. Stay strong and don't beat yourself up over it we all do things we regret.
