I am weirdly obsessed with blood, but it can't be just any blood, it has to be mine. I think that's one of the reasons it's so hard to quit; I don't do alternatives and when I do they don't cut it because no blood is involved. I've had people left and right give me alternatives, and they really just don't satisfy any urge.

I can see how that would make alternatives unsatisfying. My Therapist recently mentioned having something replace SH. I have no idea what that would be but if alternatives don't work, maybe something replacing it would. I don't know. HUGS Kit
