I’ be gotten to the point where if I don’t cut deep enough it doesn’t count. I need to see gaping skin and the fat layer. If I don’t do it right I have to do it again. There are many times I need stitches but won’t go to the ER because they will keep me overnight. I lie to the psychiatrist and convince them I’m fine. Why can’t they just stitch me up and let me go? I can’t go inpatient. I have too many responsibilities.
