I’m never going to have a girlfriend, I am ugly, have always been ugly, I smell, don’t take care of my teeth, etc.
I tried asking this one girl out and she asked me for my number instead of giving me hers, and never called me. I’m ugly, creepy and gross and will never have a girlfriend. Any ideas what I should do? Last edited by CANDC; Jan 07, 2020 at 10:17 PM.. Reason: remove methods of ending life |

Hi @ChargedInfluence,
I'm sorry you are feeling so bad about life. I'm not sure how old you are or anything about your life. And I in no way want to minimize the things you've experienced and how they have made you feel. It sounds like you've had to deal with quite a lot. I do not think you should give up on yourself. Personally, I think it's just a permanent solution to what you don't know if is a permanent or temporary problem. I'm not going to try to convince you that you're handsome or that there's someone out there for you. Even though I do think there likely is someone out there you could be in a relationship with. But relationships can't be successful until you're in a healthy space. Oops, sorry, wasn't going to go there. No one here is a professional mental health provider. We are all people with problems, just like you. In the depression forum, there is a link with numerous crisis resources. I think you need to reach out to one of those. If you have a provider like a therapist or psychiatrist, now is absolutely the appropriate time to call them and tell them it's an emergency. Out of curiosity, how old are you? __________________ What if I fall? Oh, my dear, but what if you fly? Hello, I agree with seesaw above me. Any kind of harm to yourself is a permanent solution to what is often a temporary problem. I also second messaging or calling a crisis resource and following up with your therapist or psychiatrist. All that you have mentioned issue wise are very fixable problems. All states have Medicare or Medicaid and they often times cover dental care free or low cost. Also if the smells could be a physical problem. You could have like physical issue that is causing the issue of the smells. Thyroid can cause sweating which could cause the smells. You could be lacking a certain digestive enzyme. Most of what you have mentioned are physical problems which has real solutions.
As seesaw said there is a person out there for everyone and you just haven't met the right person yet; but as seesaw mentioned now is not the right time because you aren't in the correct head space for a relationship. __________________ Generalized Anxiety Disorder Depression Symptoms of PTSD Trintellix 10mg once daily Buspar 10mg three times daily |

I’ll probably die sometime this year. I’ll kill myself very soon and none of you will have to deal with me anymore.
