The urge to self harm is back. It very hard to fight back.

I know it's hard, but you can do it! The tip to not self harming long term isn't not having urges, it's knowing how to fight them and distract yourself from them

I been fighting for the past two days. Just to keep from hurting myself from emotional abuse I had.
