I didn't sleep much last night and I'm really hyper today and the urge to cut is really strong I just keep having images in my head. I'll make it through this I know it, but why won't the urges just go away?

Dear spikes,

I am so sorry that you are struggling against these unwelcome urges and that you didn't get much sleep last night. I wish I knew what to say that would help. The human brain is so mysterious.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

Spikes, I'm sorry. I'm going through that myself as well, only I'm not confident I'll get through it. I'm going to try. You aren't alone. We're here with you. Keep talking if you want/if it helps. How are you feeling now? HUGS Kit
