Default something telling you to cut?

When you get the urge to cut does it feel like there is something in your head telling you to do it? My head starts to hurt really bad and I feel like the only way to make it stop hurting is to cut.

yeah, but i'm a multiple, so i am used to the part that wants to self harm... and the others that want to destroy me. i recognize their behaviors and how they come in.

it is probably still apart of you - just really isolated. you can get through this. just don't listen to the voice. pretend it's your mom telling you to put the garbage out and ignore it! go read a book or draw =)

I love that line. It made me giggle. Which doesn't happen much. Thanks.
