What do you do when you just can’t stop cutting? Every night I’m going on these cutting binges. Nothing else but the cutting helps.

what sort of coping methods have you tried all ready?. is their something that you can think of (that doesn't involve hurting yourself), that you can do in sted?

something like punching a pillow. or finding old stuff that you don't need and destroying it.

also what help do you have, and what kind of support network do you have around you?

I wish you well

Play the 15 minute game. Go 15 minutes without cutting. Then go another 15 minutes. And another. And another. And another. Etc. Eventually the feeling will pass. Sometimes--no lie--it does take days though. Do you have a therapist? Mine helps me when I get in those states where that is all I want to do.

butterfly project

draw a butterfly on your arm, (the butterfly is someone who you love, or you know wants you to get better), and then, if you cut, you kill the butterfly

one of the first methods I learned, and it sometimes works for me
