Carburetor fun----sticking something (screwdriver worked well) in to keep the butterfly open when flooded....
sitting at the kitchen table with a carburetor rebuild kit..... I miss it...

In 1961, the teacher brought a small b&w TV into school (unheard of) so that we could watch Alan Shepard go into space... what a time it was, on the edge of...

Carbon paper
HS measuring the inches above the knee a skirt was (I remember being sent home for a skirt too short----oddly, they weren't pleased when I returned in a floor length granny dress...)
