Fairly new here and good to see a seniors forum

Yes... your attachment worked... & it's lovely! I'm afraid the Seniors Lounge can be a bit sleepy at times. But then... it's a forum for seniors... what can you expect? Still... there is some good stuff here as well. Hope to see you posting here often!

Great picture . Walking is great for the body and the mind for sure . Next time I go to the UK I've been thinking about walking the Bridgewater canal up near Manchester . It runs from the coast into Manchester and a bit beyond . It's about 65 miles in total and I thought I would just stop at B&B's along the way in the evenings . Just the thought of following such an interesting ,historical , man made waterway from the Industrial Revolution has caught my imagination . It's quite amazing how when you walk your mind seems to go into a much calmer space .

hello, Daisy~! dew drop in, anytime... would love to get to know more about you~ i live in the SW Colorado Rockies, near the Continental Divide. we are in a 23 yr drought, and the fire danger is EXTREMELY HIGH. they have closed the San Juan National Forest in 9 counties, even to Forest Service personnel~! i like to stay home, do nothing, except post pictures on PC.... Gus __________________ AWAKEN~! |
