You can never be too safe happycheeks. When the time comes please consider taking a birth control pill as well.

My boyfriend doesn't want me to take them. I am a mistake anyway. I wasn't suppose to be here.

You are not a mistake at all, you are an unique wonderful bright person that brings something special into this world like we all do. What makes you say that you are a mistake?

Do you have medical reasons why? Some women can't take them for medical reasons, I have to be careful on mine and the hormone dosage because I am prone to developing fibrostic cysts. When you do decide to become sexually active talk to your health care provider about differnet birth control options

I don't know really. I just think I am. I don't have any medical reasons. Just my boyfriend's choice.

It's great your boyfriend is for using protection, but you should think about what kind of birth control method you would like to use too. There are a lot of options out there and it's good to research all of them and talk to a medical provider about what would work best for you and also which one you would like to use as well.

When you feel that way try and make a list of positive affrimations, that is what my T would have me do, also I kept small things in my bag that reminded me I had people that cared for me or made me feel good, I kept a card from my best friend, a small ameytsht stone and a little stuffed ox. When I started feeling bad I would take a moment, breathe, and look or hold one of the objects. It helped a lot till I learned to repleace negative thoughts with positive thoughts without the objects. Wishing you the best

(((Happycheeks))) i agree with Typo that protection is super important. You said bfriend uses condoms most of the time. If thst is the form of protection you choose, he needs to use it every time, no matter what. Also you are the boss of your body. So you have every
right to be sexual. You also have every right to say no or stop if you need to.

OMG, so I have been looking through many posts that seem to relate to my issue but happycheeks you took the words right out of my mouth!
I feel the same way about my sexuality, like I don't deserve sex or just have this ethereal guilt over sharing myself that way with another which wouldn't be such a problem except I really want it, and I can't overstate that.
Sorry I am not much help, but I want to thank you for helping me. Knowing someone has such a similar concern as me is comforting.

You're welcome. I'm glad I am a help. You're not alone.
