My sister dated a 32 yr old male recently. They never had sex, but she did give him a hand job. She said it only took like a minute or two before he had an orgasm. She said one squirt came out the penis like normal, but that he had a "hole" under his penis and that alot of semen squirted out of it. She said the hole was small and almost like a big zit or something. They broke up and she told me about this and now we are wondering what was wrong with him? Any ideas?

Well, if they're not dating, who cares? It could be herpes or an erosion or some other STD. She might want to get her hand checked out and be careful who she gets dirty with.

I was curious so I did a google search and this came up:

If he is circumcised, it could be a stitch tunnel. This occasionally happens during the circumcision procedure. It's nothing to worry about.

I'm not sure herpes would be the cause. As far as I know, it doesn't cause THAT much damage to create a pure t hole, although I've been wrong before.

I don't know much amount stitch tunnels, but if that's true, I feel rather like I dodged a bullet there.

This abnormality is called hypospadias. It is a birth defect, that involves an abnormally placed urethral meatus (the urinary opening). The meatus can be located anywhere along the underside of the penile shaft to the scrotum, instead of at the tip of the glans (head).

From the description, it seems like the meatus is near the glans. He may also have a urethral fistula.
