Hello everyone this is my first post, I hope you help me
I'm with my girlfriend for 5 months. We love each other, but still in our relationship something is going wrong. She doesn't have an orgasm in any position, however I've got problems with ejaculation, my orgasm's really fast, this is the reason? Can I do something about it ?

Perform oral on her until she is on the brink of orgasm. Then switch to vaginal penetration. She should still continue to stimulate her clit. Maybe you can both orgasm together that way

If she doesn't mind performing oral, she could perform oral on you first until you have your orgasm. Then, you perform oral on her as you recover. When you can get an erection again, if she hasn't had her orgasm yet, you can then try intercourse again.

You'll get her closer by performing oral on her and you'll probably be able to last longer since it'll be your second time in the same session.

Have fun and good luck!

How old are you?
Quickly begun. Only five months ... take your time.

With her you had your first time? Have you previously did with others?

I think foreplay is the key. I had this same problem but i tried to satisfy my girl with massage, kissing, oral and my fingers. Try it! Women love it

Colleague above gave you good advice. Your woman can should like such things.
But I think she may still not think of a serious sex now.

Hi,
Is there is some kind of exercise or someway out to control ejaculation.
I had read somewhere like do masturbate regularly or on alternate days and and when the liqued start to ejacalte stop there... start again with a minute break.. doing this way one can control early ejaculation.

what you all say will this work.

Men in the porn industry have been known to use a rubber donut like aid to help delay ejaculation. It's put on to when your erect and should be tight around the base of your shaft; an alternative to this is getting your gf to tightly grasp the base of your penis when your feeling your orgasm build, give it a minute or so and them resume 'play' but at a slower speed to start with. Your gf will really need to squeeze the base quite firmly, but you'll probably find that she'll enjoy having control over you

there are a lot of exercises that you can do to have a little more control of your ejaculation. Just make a google search and you will see a lot of results
