Yabbut you don't start cooking a meal right when you get hungry (altho unfortunately that's usually what motivates me to step into the kitchen). I think most people, or so-called normal people, will prepare ahead of time. This is something our parents should have taught us about planning ahead to get what we want, except that they didn't want us to think we could be successful at that because then we'd be too hard to deal with.

Ah i see what you mean now, I misunderstood earlier. Yes sometimes I make an effort even though I'm not interested, I suppose I could do that more often.

That's why you used the word demands in the subject line, isn't it?

The suggestions I have made - L-arginine, ginseng, and exercise - affect your hormone levels. They help to ensure that you have the resources required to increase your libido.

It may be just that you feel conflicted - you'd rather be doing something else with your time and attention. If you do feel conflicted, then examining the reasons will help more than raising your libido. Otherwise you could end up feeling even more conflicted.
