Bullying is a VERY big deal these days. Here are some resources:

http://www.bullypolice.org/
http://www.stopbullying.gov/get-help-now/index.html

You did a great job, keeping calm. Be the better person.

I can't believe you had a teacher do nothing. Sorry you had to go thru that. That was way wrong and could very likely get him/her fired. Tell your teacher again and if nothing is done go over her head to school officials.Use get-help-now above. there's lots of good stuff.

Good luck!

Get a friend if you have one, to videotape what this guy is doing to you, if that's possible, or tape it yourself. Then call the cops. Forget the school. Schools never listen until it's too late. Get evidence of this action and call the cops and file harrassment charges. Or, if the teacher has witnessed it, just call the cops and have the teacher back up what you are saying. I wish you the best of luck in getting this problem taken care of. What that guy is doing to you is harrassing you and you shouldn't have to put up with that.

@bighands its getting to the point where I hate the school...I hate going...im stuck with him for 3 and a half hours and those 3 and a half hours he is bugging the piss outta me....ive told him plenty of times to stop but he never listens I shove him away from me and he come back like an hour later....

@cynicalreality he is gonna play the race card(he is black and I am white) like I am past my breaking point with this kid...he has no respect for the teacher or his other class mates and he needs to be taught a lesson and if his parents wont im gonna....he needs to learn to learn to keep his hands to himself and when someone says stop you stop

Firefighter, think about it, he will play the race card ESPECIALLY if you take matters into your own physical hands to teach him a lesson. If you teach him the lesson and fight him, YOU are going to get into major trouble and he will make it look like you are the bad guy. Things will most likely go much smoother if you gather evidence, and call the police.

Ok, then please get a friend to secretly video record it. Bring the recording to the police so that you have the evidence, then file charges against the bully. You will thank yourself for doing this, trust me. I just want to help you get the problem solved.

I completely understand...but being labeled as a "rat" might bring on some more bullying ya know?

Well, I think that if you do call the cops and the guy gets in trouble, that other people will be more likely to leave you alone so that you don't call the cops on them too. You have a right to stand up for yourself.

I am not surprised the school did not react. I knew parents who had to remove their children from a PRIVATE school that preached all sorts of ethical values and had posters about no bullying but when it came to taking real action, the school did nothing and tried hard to silence the parents.

Taking your frustration out on another individual is not the answer.

You are 18 . So legally you are an adult. That carries a whole different set of issues. Assault, battery, the charges could go on and on. 5 more months of school. do you guys have officers in the school. Talk to the guidence department, school psychologist, other teachers.

I posted on another forum to your issue. That is my suggestion. I now have to home school my son because of the bullying issue he got him self to close to. He took things into his own hands and didn't go threw the proper channels. Now his whole life as a teenager will be missed up.

Just be careful.

I used to exercise in those tight bras that keep everrything in place. I am not exercizing these days and I do not remember where I store the bras. ENELL? Maybe. On their website, I read that they carry products that effectively conceal man boobs.

sure wearing a man bra will help keep things in place and stop my girls from sagging but I think that would bring more bullying apon me since I have to change for gym and that involves taking my shirt off

Yeah, I recommend the same thing. Get it on videotape and take it to the police. Don't worry about being a "rat." I don't know where that nonsense came from, that we shouldn't "snitch" or "rat" someone out who's doing wrong. Whistleblowers in companies are often treated like crap because they did the right thing and called out someone doing something wrong. That's the kind of person who should be considered a hero.
