I plan on seeing a new female counselor soon. I'm a male into BDSM. Will it be taboo if I bring up BDSM and bondage to my counselor? Will I be able to discuss my fantasies with her? I don't want to make her uncomfortable or awkward.

Will this be okay if I bring up BDSM, bondage, and my fantasies?

It depends on why you want to bring the topic up. I would bring it up just like you did here. Tell her what you want to talk about and why you want to talk about it.

I just want to have a general discussion about it and have her give me feedback on my interests and fantasies. It could ease any sexual frustrations I have. I also want to re-energize my passion for BDSM and bondage.

Should that be okay?

Sure. Therapists always want to hear your fantasies.
