Hello Snuffyg: There really is no relationship between the size of one's penis & transsexuality. Transsexuality is basically a condition wherein a person feels themselves (on the inside, so to speak) to be one gender, while his or her body is the opposite. In other words, a man might feel (on the inside), as though he is a woman. Conversely a woman might feel (on the inside) as though she is a man. Individuals who are transsexual sometimes "transition" from their birth gender to the gender they feel themselves to be on the inside through the use of hormones and / or surgery. From what you wrote, I don't get the impression this is you. Is it?

The other possibility here is that you are what is typically referred to as: "intersexed". "Intersex" is a term which is used to connote a person who is born with some of the attributes of both sexes. Thus a person might be born with a penis & scrotum, but also have ovaries. This is, of course, a physical condition of development in the womb prior to birth. Thus, in your case, you mention that you saw, on-line, where there are women with clitoris's larger than your penis. It is at least theoretically possible that you are intersex. Have you had a thorough physical assessment by a physician who was aware of this as a concern? This may be the first step in determining what in fact you are dealing with here. My best wishes to you.

Thank you for your reply I think I used the wrong word what I meant was intersexed when I posted that comment I think maybe a trip to the doctor would help but obviously the embarrassment of showing my tiny penis/clit to someone I am sure nothing can be done now to help me but do feel like my life is in limbo and I am neither one thing or the other

The only real thing that I've seen that can be done is a surgery where they cut the tendons and then basically hang a weight from it. It will pick up 1.5 to 2.5 cm or so, but that's about it. Also when hard it won't ever stand erect again because those tendons were cut. So there are options, but not the best in my opinion.

One possible cause of micropenis is a mutation of gene SRD5A2. This gene encodes the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase-2. It is responsible for reducing testosterone to DHT, i.e., 5-alpha-dihydrostestosterone, the most potent of male hormones. Trans-cutaneous DHT patches have been used to treat this condition.

Remember, we all start out female in the womb. In a sense, all males are transgender females. In your case, I think, all you need is a little medical help, to get the job done.

I have a tiny penis, hence the user name "Tinus"
Just started therapy
I can't believe I have finally told someone.
It is so humiliating.
But glad I have uncorked the issue!

Honestly if I met a guy with tiny penis it wouldn't stop me from being in a relationship if he is a nice guy and tells me of his penis issue ahead of time.

I too have a tiny penis. I don't feel good about it but ... Not much you can do about it. I guess you continue to work what you have.

Dude... I wouldn't worry too much about it!! I for instance have a tilted uterus and would LOVE if a guy had a small penis so that I would never have to worry about pain during sex. As it is, I have to be really really careful about what positions I use during intercourse. Bigger seriously is not always better.. And I assure you that there are quite a few othera out there who agree.

I am so unusually small and tight down there that small penis would be a blessing. Men always wonder how i even had a child and I didn't even had difficult labor! Large penis isn't always better that's for sure!

This is Tinus- I haven’t logged on here for five years but the problem never really goes away. I’m sixty years old and it has been a problem since my earliest memories.

Being small is difficult to bear. It’s called “dysphoria”. It’s the opposite of euphoria. I too am incredibly small. It’s been a problem as long as I’ve been alive. There isn’t much of a solution. Other than to simply embrace what is. I still struggle with it. I’ve followed up on some of these folks who tend to end up in one or two categories. Becoming gay or a cuckold. Neither of which are appealing to me. I feel your pain, you’re not alone in your struggle.
