Hey, I've been breaking my 40 mg. tabs of Paxil in half this past week. At first I had a major anxiety attack with tingling hands and shortness of breath at school with my rowdy middle schoolers last Friday. But...realizing this amt of Paxil is making me apathetic, I have continued with the half tabs. I'm having gentle sexual dreams, not raging ones. I have always realized this med inhibits my sex drive.
Today, I had my first day of grad classes at Marshall Univ., then having to drive back at noon for afternoons with my students, since school isn't over here for another week. I expected to have another anxiety attack from all of this, but found myself feeling mellow and even optimistic and motivated. My doctor has attempted to decrease my medication in the past, but this time I'm trying it myself. In the past, when it had to be increased, I was enmeshed in unfortunate emotional upheaval from my foolish attempts at forming romantic relationships. A little sexual energy is okay for me now, and I hope to channel it toward my studies and self-improvement! Patty |

sexual energy is very healthy.
 i realize that we will draw naysayers here. but "poof" to them.
