question are you male? I was a bit confused how a wet dream could be near the lower back not down below so I googled it...

a wet dream is when a guy is sleeping and they ejaculate in their sleep.

if you are a female its not a wet dream if going according to google.

my first thought was actually sweat. both guys and gals can sweat on their lower backs.

my second thought was if you are female and by lower back you mean your genitals I have had "discharge" (release of female fluids) down below, but it never ended up moving back and then up to my lower back. when ever my lower back was wet it was sweat.

I have a couple of questions. Hope that's ok.
Are you male or female? I'm guessing female bec you asked for women to answer?

Were you asleep when this happened?

What do you mean "you don't know about this stuff""....". How old are you? Are there cultural issues we don't know about?

Thanks

something I found out from my doctors....

women have glands at the entrance of their vagina's this gland produced fluid not only for sex. its the bodys way of keeping the vagina clean, and balanced ph wise.

how this came about was one day i thought i had urinated in my pants. I though oh no not an UTI I have to travel next week. I quickly made an appointment with my doctor. and thats when they explained a bit about why women have a "discharge" one reason is for sex and the other is to flush out any dirt, dust, baccteria. kind of like a persons nose will get runny even though they dont have a cold or allergies and why ears have ear wax producing glands.

I have learned to wear "liners" these are very thin and small in length sanitary napkins that are made for the direct purpose of lining the underwear for women who either have very light/ ultra light periods or a daily wetness problem from "discharge"

suggestion maybe you can check with your treatment providers to see if this is female "discharge" in you and if lining your undergarment will help you to feel drier/ cleaner in that area of things.
