Default too much thinking

I think about sexual acts all the time, like in every moment of the day i just feel aroused randomly and i start thinking about just this kind of thoughts, even when im at work, church or just listening to music, im still a virgin, but ive been with a guy and just almost had sex but it started hurting and i got scared and backed off, so is it that im just very sexually frustated or what can i do to like just stop having innaproppiate thoughts

I'm sorry you are struggling with this. I struggle with my own variety of intrusive thoughts. And my go-to practice for handling them is what is referred to as "compassionate abiding". Here's a link to a description of the practice in case you're not familiar with it:
