Hi Raymond,
How do you feel about your urges? Do they bother you, as in you don't want to have them anymore? Are these urges adversely affecting your life in some way? Or, do you feel frustrated that you cannot get your urges fulfilled? Or, are you confused about what you want and don't want? It is possible to be in conflict over this, where you both want to fulfill these urges and eliminate them at the same time. Answering the above questions is an important first step to understanding what you want and need. |
