I'm a man 30 years old from Hungary.
Since childhood I've always been fascinated with executions and beheadings. I got this weird fetish. I regularly watch movies, comic books where
Possible trigger:
I think it's erotic and I masturbate to them.
Possible trigger:

I don't like to see blood or a real beheading. I don't watch Isis execution videos.
For a few years I made drawings that display beheadings and share them on Deviantart. Some people seem to enjoy them and I got more than a 100 watchers.

I wouldn't hurt anyone or point knives at women. I'm sure. I couldn't hurt a fly.

I just wonder if it leads to sexual disorder or some complications.

Hello Gergely: Thank you for bringing your concern here to PC. I see this is your first post. Welcome to Psych Central.

You asked if your fetish might lead to a sexual disorder or some other complications. I'm not a mental health professional. (Most of us here on PC are not.) So I can't give you anything in the way of an authoritative answer to your question. However my personal thinking would be that many people have fetishes of all sorts. And all of these different kinds of fetishes don't necessarily lead people to develop sexual disorders or other complications. So I wouldn't think there is any direct relationship between your fetish & the likelihood of developing a sexual disorder or other complication. But then that is just my personal non-professional opinion.

One thing you didn't mention in your post, that could be of concern, is whether or not a part of your fetish involves watching internet porn. There does seem to be some evidence that internet porn watching can lead to sexual dysfunction. Here are links to 3 articles, from Psych Central's archives, on that subject plus a link to an article that discusses what a fetish is:

How Pornography Can Hurt Your Sex Life

Does Watching Porn Affect Intimate Relationships? (Part One: Men)

Sexual Dysfunction: The Escalating Price of Abusing Porn

What's In A Fetish? Maybe Not What You Think

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
