But I’ve needed to masturbate sometimes twice a night. And I’ve been using this thing called a pocket rocket. Which is a super small batter powered vibrator. But I’ve done it so much that I’m starting to hurt myself. I got a cyst a couple weeks ago. I didn’t think it was related but now I think I’m getting more cysts. And I have hemmoroids too. And I am in so much pain right now. How bad is this? How do get the nerve talk to a doctor about this? I see a doctor on Friday for a follow up for the cyst 2 weeks ago. Right now I’m in a good amount of pain but I’m too embarrassed to go tell my mom or anything. The cyst 2 weeks ago ended up abscessing before I could make it to the doctors and I ended up in the ER.

Twice a night doesn't seem like enough to be causing so much damage to your body. I have never used a pocket rocket but I'm guessing your problem might be the toy you are using. Maybe ask yourself why you need this thing rather than just a water based lubricant.

Also, I'm not a doctor but I'm guessing the hemorrhoids might be partially due to stress. The somewhat excessive masturbation might be your brain trying to find a way to relieve that stress.

Either way, I would definitely see a doctor because the infections could cause serious damage to your overall health. Maybe try an urgent care center if you have insurance. I do this for embarrassing issues because you get a different doctor who doesn't really know you. That helps me feel less embarrased. Remember, too, doctors have seen it all. It's not a big deal to them. Just tell the receptionist something vague, like you have sores on your groin area.

Be brave and take it one step at a time!
