Hey, I think we both facing the same problem because I used to get up in the midnight and can't sleep once I wake up and take so many medicines but feels sleepless and tired all day. I went through a blog where I find a lady telling here stories of facing insomnia and even some wired but effective ways to sleep fast.

Set a timer on your electronic devices for a blue-light filter. It will dim at the time you set it, reminding you that it's almost time for bed. Also, try no electronic devices or media (except listening to an audio) one hour before bedtime. These devices can be stimulating.

exercise and listening to calming musics will help you fall asleep easily. You need to sleep not cope or get used to not sleeping enough
