I have seen several members here talk about putting a screen of some kind on their laptop or computer so that it does not disturb your sleep.

I noticed I can't go on my laptop anything after about 8pm or so or it will disturb my sleep.

Is there a special screen you can put on your laptop so it won't disturb your sleep?

For anyone else wondering you can use f.lux, which you can download for free right here: f.lux: software to make your life better. It's great.

agree: i have f.lux on my MacBook and you can set the start time and end time; also, from amazon or other places, you can order orange blue-blocking glasses that filter out all the light from tv, computer and phone. i have a reminder on my phone at 6pm nightly to put on my orange glasses and wear them until i take my meds for sleep. a lot of research says they work.

Best just not to use the computer before bed time. Just reading it can disrupt your sleep.
