Shocked Why did i really spit while dreaming about it?

Last night while sleeping i was dreaming. I was following my girlfriend in my dream. She was not listening to me but running. It seems like we were arguing about something. After that it was raining. And i was chasing her and telling her "please, stop! its raining". Then a bystander said its not rain. It's elephants pee. I felt awful and spit on the read. Here comes the thriller, with in a short moment i woke up, and observed that there are spittle on my upper arm and pillow.

Night before yesterday i had an issue with her. And I dreamed about her and felt pain while sleeping that night.

Can anyone say, why did this dream have a impact on real life?

  1. I don't drool. And i am pretty much sure that i wasn't drooling.
  2. When i had a really bad issue in my life, i feel pain while sleeping and it seems i am not fully asleep. This phenomenon occurs repeatedly as long as the problem does not dissolve. The more difficult the problem becomes, the more pain it feels.
  3. sometime i have lucid dreams.

Maybe you were "Pissed Off" at her. Or she was pissed at you. Most likely it was you who was pissed off.
