So I had a sleep routine that I had been using to help myself fall asleep but it has stopped working. I’m seriously considering just starting to take a nightly cocktail or two since that seems to be the only thing that works for me anymore.

Ok so when I start to feel a little sleepy I take a warm shower then I use a 10 minute guided meditation. I have tried very hard to put away my electronics at least 1 or 2 hours before I plan to try to go to bed. I usually read until I feel good and cooled off from the shower then go to bed. That had been putting me out pretty good but last night I didn’t get to sleep until after 2, I maybe slept 3 hours.

Anxiety is pretty good at messing up sleep routines.
