I have never been an actual sleepwalker, but as a child I moved a lot in my bed, ''night-boxing'' or something like that. It stopped when I was about 7. The only case of me sleepwalking when I was about 3 trying to go to supermarket.
Now as an adult I have started to do a lot of things at night, weird things!, but the thing is I'm aware what I am doing. Like one time I started to climb out of my bed (loft bed) from the ''wrong side'' because I thought the ceiling was falling, (almost fell, but instead I stepped on my cactus) Some night I was looking for something and realised I was just going around in my bed touching the sides. Few nights ago, I saw a spider on my billow and started to throw things on it. This is getting really common for me now and pretty dangerous even 'cause I have a loft bed. So the ideas I'm having are really dream-like and sometimes I feel like being in two places at the same time, but I know what I'm doing when I do them. Is it possible I have started to sleepwalk but I'm aware what I'm doing? Anyone else have some experiences? Any tips how to what to make of this? I put some ''slip protection'' to my ladder steps so I won't hurt myself running from my bed (happens a lot), but nothing else I haven't thought yet. I think I'm a little scared I will accidentally hurt myself. |

Put your mattress on the floor and move the cactus.
Talk to your doctor about this and good luck! |

Thanks for your answer! <3
I wished I could put my mattress on the floor, but I don't have any space. I already moved my cactus too, it gets more sun in the kitchen anyway. But why talk to a doctor? |
