Hi, I've been struggling with recurring dreams for a very long time, but lately, as I've been progressing in therapy they've gotten worse.
Possible trigger:
My sister and me don't talk very often about the content of our dreams etc, as neither of us have many memories and we've been avoiding planting ideas in each others heads, but she messaged me distressed the other day to tell me about her recurring dreams, which are essentially the same as mine.
I was wondering if anyone here who is a survivor of childhood trauma has had any experiences with recurring dreams, particularly if they have memory gaps.
Thank you so much
