I had a very angry dream last night. Sometimes I get these dreams and I start getting really angry and yelling at people I know because they said something that made me really angry and then I started walking away and looking for my grandma to vent my anger. I got really angry at my mom for doing something and instead of trying to understand why I was mad she talks to me in a way that I can't stand and it makes me mad. But another dream I remember getting really angry at my grandma and my aunt for saying something and when I tried to say something to them they walked away so I started following them so I could express my anger to them but it seemed like they didn't want to listen. Both dreams different things are going on but in both people say things and talk to me in a way that make me really angry. The dream I had last night I got very angry and suicidal and I threatened to kill myself. These are all thoughts that I experience in real life that occasionally come into my dreams. I have a lot of angry thoughts in real life and I think things like this. It's very hard to control sometimes and I don't know what to do about it. I'm gonna talk to my therapist about this because I don't know what to do.

Wow, sounds horrible DarkMagician. I can relate to having angry, even violent dreams with lot's of hostility and threatening situations in them. Yes, definitely talk to your therapist about it - good move. Your dreams are obviously reflecting actual situations or emotions apparent in your waking life.

Whenever something is really troubling me, something negative between myself and another person, that's when my angry dreams appear. They appear like clockwork.
