Lately I been having trouble sleeping. I am not under any stress. I tried listening to soft music turn my light off. Any one experience this? What can I do to sleep better?

The biggest problem I have at times is waking up in the middle of night (like around 3 AM) and having trouble getting back to sleep for about an hour or two. It's very hard on the days when I have to go to work. I would fall into a good sleep around 4:30 and then it's only an hour before I have to get up.
I've heard that humans get into their deepest sleep at 2 8 AM. I believe that. That's what makes it hard for me to get up when that happens. Sorry, I don't have any advice or suggestions. |

I noticed with this whole covid my regular life schedule has been altered and I have the same issue. I am not stressed I think its the adjustment. I find mindfulness meditation helps my sleeps.
