My wife is still in "treatment". We are still early in the diagnosis stage. I am hoping and praying she gets some help. I can't sleep at night. I am a zombie almost during the day ( Thank God for coffee). Any tips on relaxing/sleeping?

Hi GodzillaBBQ646 . Welcome to Psych Central. I am sorry to hear your wife is facing challenges and you cannot sleep at night.
I am not sure what will work for you but here are things that help me. This is the most relaxing video I have heard on Body Scan Meditation Even if I do not fall asleep I feel so energized. My friend takes Melatonin to help the body fall asleep. Chamomile tea or Sleepytime Tea also helps.
