Something I hadn't thought of trying before: black out curtains. I live in a studio apartment and have two windows. So, I bought some inexpensive black out curtains and covered my windows. The lack of light, has literally been a life saver for my body clock.

The pandemic doesn't help but when I use the black out curtains, I conk out and wake up around 7:30 a.m. without my cellphone alarm. I'm so grateful.

another simple solution if you don't want to buy blackout curtains: a black tee shirt also does the trick; totally blacks out any light in bedroom; i spray my tee shirt w/eucalyptus oil and put it over my head when i'm ready to go to sleep; it's very light-weight and smells heavenly to me.

I'm glad that works for you, TRNRMOM. I am allergic to eucalyptus oil (I had to take a 24 hr allergy pill when I vacationed in San Fran/Oakland which has eucalyptus trees everywhere).

My 2 panels cost a total of about $40 plus tax. So, they were worth the investment. Now, I can sleep and get my body clock back on schedule again.
