Every night I sleep for a few hours and wake up from really vivid dreams. I usually get 2 or 3 dreams a night. Especially when go back to sleep again is when this happens. On average I sleep about 7 hours per night. Sometimes a little more or less. I thought it was stress related, but regardless I still get this. I even hear voices or sounds as well around sleep. I can't think of anything that would cause this. I don't drink or do drugs. I never had any mental health issues in the past. I've mentioned this before and most say including mental health professionals claim it's normal if it's just around the time of sleep. I just feel like somethings off and I worry about it.

Hello
when someone hear voices or sounds with out external source , this symptom is called auditory halluciation so it needs a thorough evaluation and taking medica history by physicians. Maybe your sleep isuses back to the cause of hallucination , and earlier trearment means better results Be peaceful |
