I have tried giving up before but this time I am trying something different, I started taking Champix 2 weeks ago and today is the day that I give up.

Past few days I have hardly smoked (about 4 a day) I was smoking 20 a day. the tablets that I am on really takes away the craving. I am really hoping this works for me.

Glad something is working for you! It's a difficult addiction to give up but it is possible.

Good luck. My doctor told me I could not take Chantrix.

I have been vaping, too. The vape juice tastes better than the cigars I was smoking.

Awesome. I'm trying to stick to vaping too while tapering off...It's going to take willpower to completely stop, that's for sure.

Yes Champix can cause mood instability and may interact with some medications. It works for a few people though, for sure.

I just wanted to say that I recently quit on Dec 8, of 2018 with the help of Black Pepper essential oil. I’ve been using different oils lately for various things and saw a few suggestions for this on Pinterest. I haven’t had many cravings but when I do I just inhale from the bottle or from a few drops placed on a cotton ball.

I used Champix before too. Are you having any weird dreams yet?
