Hello Ameerxz: Thanks for joining us here on PC. I see this is your first post. So... welcome to Psych Central.
We here on PC cannot offer mental health diagnoses. Plus I'm not a mental health professional. So I can't really offer anything with regard to what may be going on with you. Based on what you wrote, though, it does sound as though you are, perhaps struggling with some social anxiety along with what is sometimes referred to as "rumination". So here are links to 10 articles from Psych Central's archives. The first 6 offer tips on how to manage social anxiety. The last four discuss how to address the problem of rumination: Social Anxiety Overview Social Anxiety Disorder Treatment 6 Ways to Overcome Social Anxiety 7 Ways to Overcome Shyness and Social Anxiety How to Be Less Self-Conscious https://blogs.psychcentral.com/nlp/2...ocial-anxiety/ https://psychcentral.com/lib/when-ru...mes-a-problem/ https://psychcentral.com/blog/why-ru...d-how-to-stop/ https://psychcentral.com/blog/8-tips...dium=popular17 https://psychcentral.com/blog/5-mind...or-rumination/ I hope you find PC to be of benefit. __________________ "I may be older but I am not wise / I'm still a child's grown-up disguise / and I never can tell you what you want to know / You will find out as you go."
