Hey, I know I have social anxiety but I've never been diagnosed with it.

I hate any type of social thing and I avoid them at all costs. If I did try and meet up with people that I do not really know, I would sit there and feel uncomfortable and feel like I cant join the conversation and I avoid eye contact. Or feel self-consciousness and worry I would say the wrong thing.

I cant do a presentation in front of a group of people.
I also hate calling people and takes ages to find the courage to call them. Also I avoid any incoming phone call that I do not know. Even on Facebook I always have the chat turned off incase someone trys to message me.

I've been debating going the doctors but unsure what time of help they could offer me.
