Hello,
I'm 19 years old and since i went to high school i have been dealing whit social anxeaty. But last year i just lost myself in thoughts overthinking that there is something wrong with me I don't know if this or is just my way escaping reality. I just don't know anything about my thoughts. I have quastiond my sexuality too many times. I just question everything about myself and always put me in the bad light. I have some good days doe. I just can't escape the loop.
I never had a girlfriend and I'm tired off being alone but have no courage since i have low self esteem and confidence.
Thank you for all replies.

Sorry you dealing with social anxiety, I can understand since I have social anxiety also. It does help to get involved in a hobby you enjoy or volunteer where you doing something structured so don’t think about social anxiety so much. Good luck and hope you have good days soon.
