Hey all,
School started up again and has made me realize that my social anxiety has gotten EVEN WORSE. I didn't go to class today because of it, instead I just holed up in the library like I've been doing for a while now. I just get so nervous at the thought of walking into a lecture (big or small) or walking on campus with all these people around. I feel like everybody is looking at me. I try to park super close to the library and walk the shortest, least busy path to get there so people can't see me. It's awful. I don't want this to ruin another semester for me. |

Fight my friend FIGHT Look at them too and they will stop looking at you I have checked this
I know its a bit annoying when some ppl just starting at you, but when you try to look at them too, they usually will look away and you will feel the power over them my friend. It will make you more confident I promise. I know this from my personal experience. Now I dont look at the ground, when I come in a room. I am constantly playing the stare contest with ppl, usually I win, but some ppl are really good at it. The old grannies are the best. They can even stare 10 seconds at you, and its very tough to win Practice it and let me know how it goes |

@Rouge0
I don't have a cure for social anxiety, unfortunately, but I wish I did. If you can find a good, supportive, caring friend you can trust, it may make the difference. It may help. |
