I really believe that IÂ’m stupid- either naturally or because of childhood reasons (being sheltered). However, I donÂ’t remember not being like this.

IÂ’m super absent minded, which makes me forgetful and miss a lot of things or say the wrong things at the wrong time. IÂ’ve been told IÂ’m physically awkward and lack common sense. IÂ’m slower to come up with solutions to basic problems. My grammar and word retrieval is horrible (when speaking), but I heard anxiety could do that.

I just feel useless. All of this makes me suck at my job, socializing, and pretty much everything. .-. My incompetence is probably the main trigger of my anxiousness. Fear of looking stupid.

I am sorry that you are feeling this way. I don't believe that you or even anyone is useless. It sounds like you are being very hard on yourself. We all have a purpose and you do as well. Try and look at the good things about yourself, What do you love about yourself? Do you have anyone that you can talk to, to help you sort out these feelings?
