so I came online because I don't know what to think of this.
I've thought for a long time that my mother is in africa seeing her african boyfriend and living in tunesia

this week, I had a meeting with someone, and they said, and I quote, " acording to your records, your mother is living in the same area as you". I got very irate and very upset, and when I asked to see the paperwork, they got all defensive about it and hid the papers

now I can't help feeling paronoyed that she's closer than I think. I don't know how I should take it
Possible trigger:

but I don't know.

I can't prove if she's here or not, and I'm really worried about it

I don't understand ...

Is there a court order requiring her to stay away from you?

If so, then wouldn't the people hiding paperwork be required to protect you and not her?

Safety First Regardless!

I talked with someone tonight about it.

she has no idea why they'd say such a thing

(and nor do I, it's sick)

Well, if the "she" you spoke with tonight is in a position to, then she should report "they" and see about getting them removed from their current duties to something else (or no longer employed there at all), because it isn't cool for them to use their position to cause harm to those who are supposed to be under their care and concern!

And, you are correct ... It is sick ... It's also abusive.

Im pretty sure your mother is not in Tunisia.

She would not be safe there.

But wherever she is, you can still be safe.

You have us to talk to.
