I wanted to write my life experiences. But they may act as triggers for some.I hesitate because of the fear of retraumatizing some body.

You have the freedom to write triggering content.

Use the feature (trigger) triggering content written here (/trigger), but replace the parentheses with brackets.

This hides the triggering content.

People are responsible for their own triggers and whether or not they choose to read a triggering content. You are good to go!
