Hey, everyone. I've not posted here, but I survived horrific abuse in 2010-12. Was ultimately hospitalized for a long time and it slowly got better over may years. I have bp1 and now am extremely psychotic again. When I get psychotic, my abuse/PTSD stuff gets out of control again. So, right now, am dealing with bad psychosis and bad re-living of trauma that almost killed me.

Pdoc working on psychosis but honestly, the abuse suffering is maybe worse today. What can I do to reduce the terror and feeling like I am going to be killed 5 minutes from now? Thanks.

Have you thought about doing mediation? What about going to Inner Integration on YouTube?.
