So we had a fight about tax information

Every time we have a fight, my sister insults me for not being able to file my taxes. The problem is that she decides at the last minute what my income will be on paper without telling me. She files a partnership return saying how much money I made, then she amends it after she figures out how to split the income so the household pays less taxes overall.

It bothered me for years that I never have that piece of information and she uses it as a way to insult me when I address the issue of housework. So I told her that I need access to records of money she keeps in another bank if I'm going to file my taxes. And if we can only afford one tax software, it has to go on a computer outside her bedroom.

My sister started yelling at me again and said the money in the other bank is all her own money that she earned by herself. And I confronted her with the fact that she reports part of her income as mine so she pays less taxes. And she acts as if I am too stupid to understsnd how that works.

So I said if I don't get the information I need, I'm going to file a partnership return with only the income I can see and she was responsible for her own money that she fraudulently assigns to me. So she stormed off with her usual threats about how I'm so stupid I won't survive if she doesn't do my taxes as a favor to me.

So I feel like I won something because I finally said what been on my mind for years. And I'm tired of her pretending she does my taxes to take care of me because she so kind or selfless. I didn't even yell when I told her, but she barged into my room and yelled at me and made the usual threats because she has more money than me.

So things are a rather scary a home. I'm still hoping she gets a heart attack or stroke or something so I can just go on by myself.
